1. Description of Service
You Deserve Light provides informational and inspirational content, an app available by subscription, and related content including invitations to subscribe to our YouTube channel. Features and content may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility
If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration
Certain features, including app subscriptions, may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment
• App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at signup) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the app — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and the “You Deserve Light” name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You Deserve Light and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
